OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Yakushima Experience requires a 20% deposit to confirm tours. If a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR we will issue a refund. Otherwise the deposit acts as our cancellation fee.
Tours reserved via travel agencies will be invoiced 20% cancellation fee up until 48 hours prior to tour start time. Late cancellations within the 48 hour window will be invoiced full amount.
